So, I had one of these when I was in high school, but I fell off the face of the planet for a while and forgot what it was. So I'm starting all over again! Whoo!

As for me - I am currently in college studying to be a nurse, with the goal of one day gaining a CRNA license. (For those of you who don't know, that's 'certified registered nurse anesthetist) So hopefully, in the future, I will be one of those people who puts you to sleep for surgery!

I have a wide variety of interests and a sometimes strange sense of humor. I did attend a residential high school dedicated to the arts, and my first major when entering collage was fine arts/photography. Unfortunately, we all have to find things to do that put food on the table and money in our pockets - hence the change in major. :/

I do draw, paint, collage, take pictures, and write (both original works and fan fiction) when I'm not busy with my insane college classes.

Personality wise, I'm a pretty laid back person. I can get along with just about anyone as long as your not an all out jerkwad - which, I will tell you if you are one. I am very opinionated and have a tendency to go on random, sometimes philosophical rants about nothing in particular. Those who are closest to me call me usually wind up calling me 'mom' or something else that makes me feel like I'm a hundred years old. I do tend to be protective of those I care about - so if you mess with one of my friends, expect me to get up in your face about it. Consider it one of the many charms that comes from being raised in the southern US.

Feel free to say whatever you think as long as it is honest and respectful. I don't mind hearing that you think something sucks - as long as you can tell me why you think that. I'm a tough girl, so I usually don't take things personally.

My parents, being the wise, intelligent people that they are, decided to let my younger brothers use my laptop (Beatrice) while I was at class last night. She now has some sort of crazy ass virus that wont let me open ANYTHING. Even my anti-virus program has been shut down.

So... I'm going to pray that my extremely limited technology skills are enough to save poor Beatrice from her plight. If not... well... then there are going to be two teen-aged boys who are going to be digging their own graves in the backyard before I wallop them over the head with a large metal object.

Interests: pretty varied actually. Reading, music, sewing (yes, I quilt) um...science, medicine, writing...
Favourite movie: do I have to pick just one? That's no fun. :(
Favourite band or musician: NIN is the greatest band on the planet, and Trent Reznor is the GOD of music.
Favourite genre of music: I listen to just about anything that doesn't suck. What doesn't suck? The stuff I like.
Favourite style of art: once again, my interests are pretty wide. I really like things that haven't been done before...
Operating System: Operating...system...personally, I think open brain surgeries are pretty damn cool.
MP3 player of choice: Creative Zen. iPods are for sheep.

Wallpaper of choice: I don't like wallpaper. It's too sticky and messy. I like paint better. :)
Skin of choice: Hmmm...
Favourite game: Dirge of Cerberus at the moment. Other than that, I pretty much stick with RPG's and FPS'
Favourite gaming platform: Playstation. But I do have a deep love and respect for my beloved Nintendo 64.
Favourite cartoon character: Agh. there are so many... I would say Alucard, but he's not exactly a cartoon...oh! Pip too!
